The Regional Local Democracy Program in the Western Balkans – ReLOaD - is a project funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Albania, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo* and Serbia.

ReLOaD has opened public calls for submission of projects of civil society organizations to be implemented in the following local self-governments: Dimitrovgrad, Kragujevac, Kuršumlija, Paracin and Šabac.

The goal of the project is to further strengthen the partnerships between local authorities and civil society organizations by expanding a successful model of transparent financing of civil society organizations’ projects from the budget of local self-government units. ReLOaD aims to achieve a greater citizen participation in decision-making processes and the improvement of services of public interest in local communities.
