UNDP and the Office for IT and e-Government invite all interested to attend the meeting of the Open Data Working Group (ODWG), which will take place on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 9 am, in the premises of Impact Hub in Belgrade, Makedonska 21.
Open Data Working Group gathers all stakeholders from the public and civil society sector, tech and academic community, in order to exchange information and jointly create plans for open data release and reuse in Serbia. ODWG has 58 members, who meet 4 times per year.
In the previous year and a half, from the beginning of the project “Open Data – Open Opportunities”, numerous results are achieved in the field of open data in Serbia, from the launching of the National Open Data Portal (www.data.gov.rs), through adoption of the Law on e-Government, which introduced open data in regular framework, while wide stakeholder community interested in open data is established.
On Monday, members of the ODWG will present their results and plans, and UNDP and Office for IT and e-Government will present future activities of the project “Open Data – Open Opportunities”. The draft agenda is available on this link.
